No change is allowed once you have registered and completed the confirmation.
    • Please follow the online registration instructions to upload the electronic document for proof of physical and mental disabilities.
    • Applicants who apply for extra time or individual proctor must not only submit electronic documents for proof of their physical and mental disabilities but also submit documents from a medical center from within five years, stating the degree of dysfunction. The LTTC will only make arrangements after approval of the proof documents.
    • For those who have already attached electronic documents within the preceding two years along with the previous application, there is no need to attach the proof documents again in the next application; however, those who apply for a change in service or extended response time should still attach the proof documents.
    • The LTTC will not be able to make arrangements if you do not attach a certificate of physical or mental disabilities, or if you apply for extra time or individual proctor without proof documents from a medical center.
  2. For those who apply for exemption from an individual section or part of a section, the score report and certificate will include a note stating the reason that exemption was granted for that section  (or part of a section) (the certificate will also include a note in English).
