This website is built in accordance with the principles of accessible web design. The main content of the site is divided into three major sections:

1. Function block above, 2. Main content area of the webpage, 3. Left navigation area.

Following the specifications of accessible web design, the site provides Webpage landmarks (:::), Accesskey, and Site Navigator to ensure that users with difficulties operating a mouse can also quickly browse any information on the site. The keyboard operation instructions are as follows:

  • Alt + U: Function block above (this section lists the main links of the site).
  • Alt + C: Main content area of the webpage (this section displays the content of each webpage).
  • Alt + L: Left navigation area (this section contains the links belonging to the next level of the unit).
  • Alt + S: Open or close search zone (This section allows you to enter keywords to perform a site-wide search.)
